Privacy notice
Green Route Waste uses the information submitted through this website only to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and arrange requested services.
Who we are
Green Route Waste, 35 Posthill, Sauchie, FK10 3NT. Contact: [email protected] or 07394 927624.
Information collected
This may include your name, telephone number, email address, postcode, preferred contact method, details of the job, an optional volume estimate and any photographs you choose to upload.
Photos are automatically resized and re-saved when uploaded, which removes hidden information such as the GPS location stored by many phones.
How information is used
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and — if you go ahead — arrange and complete the job. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. Your details are not sold to third parties and are not used for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after about 12 months.
- Uploaded photos are deleted after about 6 months.
- Records of completed jobs may be kept for up to 72 months where reasonably required for accounting, waste-transfer or legal obligations.
Website statistics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. We count page visits as simple daily totals (for example, “12 visits from Facebook today”) without storing your IP address or any identifier. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, your visit isn’t counted.
To know which advert or website led to an enquiry, the quote form may remember the page you arrived on and the referring website for the current browser tab only (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed). This is sent with your enquiry and is not used for anything else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how it is used, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
Enquiries are stored on a secured server with access restricted to Green Route Waste. Photos are stored outside the public website and can only be viewed after logging in.
