    Frequently asked questions

    House clearance questions

Can’t see your question? Call 07394 927624 — you’ll speak to Scott directly.

Can you clear just one room or a loft?

Yes. Part clearances are quoted on what actually needs removed — a single room, a loft or a garage is fine.

Do I need to be there on the day?

Not always. Many jobs can be arranged with access through a key holder, neighbour or letting agent — just let us know in your enquiry.

Do I need to hire a skip?

No. Green Route Waste loads and removes the waste for you, saving you from arranging permits, delivery and collection.

Can I get a quote from photographs?

Often, yes. Send clear photos, your postcode and details of access. We’ll let you know whether a visit is needed.

How is the price worked out?

Prices depend mainly on how much there is, what type of waste it is, and how easy it is to access. Photos and our volume estimator help us give you a clear quotation before any work begins.
